Below are the library’s special hours for Thanksgiving weekend:
Wednesday, November 22: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Thursday, November 23 through Saturday, November 25: CLOSED
Sunday, November 26: 1 p.m. – Midnight
Normal hours will resume on Monday, November 27. Have a safe and happy holiday!

Thanksgiving Break Hours
Summer Hours
The Hatfield Library will begin summer hours on Monday, May 15.
These hours are: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
The library will be closed weekends during the summer, as well as being closed Memorial Day (5/29) and the 4th of July.
Extended Finals Hours
The Hatfield Library will be open extended hours for the end of classes and finals.
Sunday, April 30: 8 a.m. – 3 a.m.
Monday, May 1 – Friday, May 5: 7:45 a.m. – 3 a.m.
Saturday, May 6 – Sunday, May 7: 8 a.m. – 3 a.m.
Monday, May 8 – Tuesday, May 9: 7:45 a.m. – 3 a.m.
Wednesday, May 10: 7:45 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Come study late with us! Coffee and treats will be available each night after 10:30 p.m. in the Hatfield Room for your late-night study breaks.
Summer hours (Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) will begin on Monday, May 15.
Winter Break Hours
The Hatfield Library will be on the following schedule over Winter Break:
December 19-22 (Mon.-Thur.)……. 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
December 23-Jan. 2 (Fri.-Mon.)……. CLOSED
January 3-6 (Tue.-Fri.)……. 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
January 7-8 (Sat.-Sun.)……. CLOSED
January 9-13 (Mon.-Fri.)……. 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
January 14-15 (Sat. – Sun.)……. CLOSED
Regular hours will resume January 16, with the beginning of Spring Semester.
Extended Finals Hours
In an experimental move, the Hatfield Library will be open extended hours for the end of classes and finals. These new hours will begin on December 7.
Wednesday, December 7th – Friday, December 9th: 7:45 a.m. – 3:00 a.m.
Saturday, December 10th – Sunday, December 11th: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 a.m.<
Monday, December 12 – Friday, December 16th: 7:45 a.m. – 3:00 a.m.
Saturday, December 17th: 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Special Thanksgiving Hours
The Hatfield Library, along with the rest of Willamette University’s campus, will be closing at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, November 23 for the Thanksgiving Holiday. The library will then be closed Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, before opening at 1:00 pm on Sunday, November 27.
Regular hours will resume on Monday, November 28.
